- Doctor, graduated in 1981. Specialist and Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine. Expertise in Cardiovascular Risk, Obesity and Nutrition, organisation and coordination of health services, health informatic and telemedicine.
- With more than 40 years of experience in clinical practice (inpatients, outpatient, emergency department and intensive care unit).
- In addition to Internal Medicine speciality, he also has specific training in obesity, nutrition, cardiovascular risk and echocardiography.

It was installed a 6-bed room for implementation of the stroke unit and 2 isolation rooms, with negative pressure).
- He was the scientific coordinator for the proposal for computerizing healthcare in the Republic of Timor.
- He was responsible for the computerization of the discharge note of the IMS-ULSNA, epe (Internal Medicine Service).
