The Miosotis Healthy Life Program is a healthy eating program designed to:

– Promotion of healthy eating and living.
– Prevention and treatment of chronic diseases related to poor diet, obesity, and a sedentary lifestyle, such as:
– Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus; High blood pressure; Angina pectoris; Myocardial infarction; Cerebral thrombosis; Sleep apnea; Osteoarthritis;
– Increased risk of cancer: endometrium (49%); esophagus (35%); pancreas (28%); kidney (24%); gallbladder (21%); breast (17%); colon and rectum (9%); (according to the American Institute for Cancer Research).
