What you can expect from the Miosotis Healthy Life Programme
Miosotis Healthy Life programme for slimming and healthy eating
It is supported by the Mediterranean Diet, widely recognized as one of the healthiest dietary patterns in the world. The programme is designed to treat obesity and excess weight while promoting healthy eating habits and a healthier lifestyle. It is coordinated by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nutritionists, physiologists, and psychologists, ensuring scientific accuracy and high nutritional standards. The programme is science-based and personalized, incorporating the subscriber’s genetic analysis and, when appropriate, the use of dietary supplements and medications to support optimal results.
Danger!!
- “Miracle” or fad diets are not effective (After 5 years, 95% of people had regained their initial weight and in most of them, obesity worsened)
- A healthy diet is the first-line treatment for obesity and overweight.
- Medication (whatever it may be) should only be used to enhance the healthy eating effect.
- Medication alone (without a healthy eating programme):
- Does not prevent the most serious diseases associated with obesity (cancer, heart attack, stroke, cardiac death, etc.).
- Loses effectiveness if discontinued (people quickly regain the weight).
